I have lived in New York City apartments for almost 20 years . i have experienced several differnet managment companies. Hayes court management is not perfect, but it is the best I have experienced. I am thankful to my building for having secured their services. I have seen the management tackle problems methodically and timely. They have made steady improvements in the building. They put new mailboxes, upgraded the lighting, added camera systems for security etc,.
